Service Levels

One-Time Build ($100)

• Single website build based on provided specifications
• Client owns all code and assets upon payment
• Free self-hosted options provided
• No ongoing maintenance included

Managed Plan ($20/month)

• Includes all features of One-Time Build
• Secure hosting included
• Up to 3 content updates per month
• Priority support
• Domain management assistance

Custom Build

• Pricing and terms determined on a case-by-case basis
• Custom features and integrations
• Advanced functionality

Payment Terms

• One-Time Build: Full payment required before project delivery
• Managed Plan: Monthly billing, cancellable anytime
• Custom Build: Payment terms agreed upon project initiation
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payments are non-refundable except as described in the Refund Policy section

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our services:

• One-Time Build: Full refund if project not started within 7 days
• Managed Plan: Pro-rated refund available within first 14 days
• No refunds after final website delivery and approval
• Custom Build: Refund terms specified in individual agreements

Intellectual Property

Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients own:

• All custom code developed for their project
• All design assets created specifically for their website
• All content provided or created for their site

Our Rights

We retain rights to:

• Template frameworks and boilerplate code
• Our development tools and methodologies
• Display completed projects in our portfolio (with client consent)

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and materials
• Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Ensure they have rights to all provided content
• Review and approve deliverables promptly
• Make payments according to agreed terms

Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that:

• Services will be performed with professional skill and care
• Websites will be functional at the time of delivery
• We have the right to provide the services offered

Disclaimer: Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind beyond the explicit warranties stated. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or traffic.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instant Landing Pages shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Cancellation and Termination

Client Cancellation

• Managed Plan: Can be cancelled anytime with 7 days notice
• One-Time Build: Cancellation before work begins results in full refund
• Active projects: Payment required for work completed up to cancellation date

Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Payment terms are violated
• Client provides false or misleading information
• Client uses services for illegal purposes
• Client breaches these Terms of Service

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

• First, attempt to resolve through direct communication
• If unresolved, pursue mediation before any legal action
